Yes! Shuttles will be picking up / dropping off from The Courtyard Marriott Avalon and the Hotel Avalon on Friday, 10/18, at 4:30 PM. If you are staying at the EVEN IGH Hotel, please walk over to the Courtyard Marriott to catch the shuttle. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM

The ceremony will take place outside followed by cocktail hour which will be both indoors and outdoors. Once cocktail hour is over, we will move indoors where the reception will take place. Keep in mind the wedding is in October in Georgia, so it will likely be warm during the day/ceremony and get a little chilly at night. Check the weather and plan ahead!

We recommend flying into the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Alpharetta is about a 35 minute drive north of Atlanta (with mild traffic). We recommend renting a car or calling a rideshare such as Uber to provide you transportation from the airport. Please keep in mind, Friday traffic can get very heavy leaving Atlanta, so please plan accordingly and check traffic ahead of travel. If you plan on arriving Friday, we advise you to book a morning flight to avoid the horrendous traffic on a friday afternoon!

Attire alert: our wedding is formal! Think tuxedos and gowns, cocktail dresses or suits. Dress to impress – we promise to do the same!
